Not sure which one is you?

Most people are just a Shooter — you're on a team, but someone else runs it. You're a Squad Leader if you created your team or someone promoted you (you'll see a "Team Admin" tab). You're an Organization Admin if you created an organization or someone made you one (check the Organization tab for an "ORG ADMIN" badge next to its name). League Admin is a narrower, admin-assigned role for someone who oversees several teams across one league.

User support

Do I need to be on a team to use the app?: No. You can log rounds on your own from the My Rounds tab (personal, non-team scores) the moment you sign up — joining or creating a team is optional and can happen any time later.
How does the app read a scoresheet photo?: An AI vision model reads the handwriting and fills in the round for you — always double-check the numbers before saving, since handwriting recognition isn't perfect. A printable scoresheet designed for more reliable photo reads is available from the New Round tab.
I forgot my password / lost my authenticator app.: Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen. If you're locked out by two-factor authentication specifically, ask a Platform Admin — they can turn it off for your account as a recovery path.
Can I delete my account?: Yes, any time, from Profile > Delete account. Your personal rounds go with it; scores you logged as part of a team stay part of that team's history, the same as if you'd simply left.

Team support (Squad Leaders)

How do I get people onto my team?: Share your team's invite link from the Team tab's Admin sub-tab. If the team is invite-only, that link auto-rotates when you need to shut off an old copy of it.

League support (League Admins)

What does a League Admin do?: Oversees several teams across one league — a narrower, admin-assigned role. If you think you should have it, ask a Platform Admin or your Organization Admin. See the League Admin guide for details.

Organization support (Organization Admins)

Do I need to belong to an organization?: No. Organizations are for clubs that manage multiple teams or leagues under one roof. Most people never need one — skip it and everything else still works.
How do I set one up?: Create it from the Organization tab, or join one you've been invited to. See the Organization Admin guide for managing teams, invites, and settings once it exists.
