League Admin is assigned by a Platform Admin, not something you set up yourself. It's scoped to one league — every team competing in it, regardless of which organization those teams belong to.
You won't see an Admin tab — League Admin doesn't come with access to the deployment-wide Admin panel. Instead, open the League tab: it shows a scoped dashboard just for you, above the general public league-browsing view everyone else sees.
When a team's Squad Leader requests to join your league, it lands in your "Pending" list on the League tab. Approving it flips the team active in the league and — if that team didn't already have one — promotes its requester to Squad Leader in the same step. Denying leaves the team untouched; it's still a real team, just not part of your league.

This works even for teams you're not personally a member of — your authority comes from the league, not from being on the roster.
League Admin doesn't reach the deployment-wide Admin panel (user list, site settings, other leagues) — that stays with Platform Admin. If your club also has multiple organizations under one roof, League Admin and Organization Admin are separate, independently-granted roles; having one doesn't automatically give you the other.
