These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Trap Stats, LLC, an Iowa limited liability company, operating Trap Stats ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Trap Stats is a scorekeeping tool for trap shooting clubs — logging scores (including AI-assisted reading of photographed scoresheets), tracking team and individual leaderboards, and managing rosters across one or more organizations. It is a small, actively-developed project, not a mature commercial product with a formal SLA.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're between 13 and 17, a parent, coach, or team administrator is generally expected to be involved in setting up your account (see the Privacy Policy's "Children's privacy" section).

You retain ownership of the photos, scores, notes, and images (profile pictures, team logos) you upload. By uploading them, you grant Trap Stats a license to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the App — for example, showing your team's leaderboard to your teammates, or sending a scoresheet photo to a third-party AI provider to read it (see the Privacy Policy).
Scores extracted from a photographed scoresheet are read by a third-party AI model and may contain errors, particularly on difficult handwriting or a scoresheet combining two rounds into one photo. You're responsible for reviewing extracted scores before saving a round. Trap Stats is not liable for scoring errors introduced by AI-assisted extraction.
An Organization Admin is responsible for their own organization's roster and settings (who can join, whether teams are invite-only, etc.) within the tools the App provides. Trap Stats is not responsible for disputes between members of the same organization/team — those are the organization's own affairs to resolve.
We do not guarantee any particular level of uptime. The App may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or issues outside our control. If you're relying on this for anything time-critical (e.g., needing to look up a score during an active competition), keep that in mind.

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms. An Organization Admin may remove you from their organization at their discretion, independent of your underlying account.
