Organizations are for a club that runs more than one team, or spans more than one league, under a single roof. Creating one makes you its Organization Admin automatically.
From the Organization tab, enter a name and tap "+ Create organization." You become its Organization Admin immediately, and — if you weren't already active in another organization — it becomes your active one right away.
Most clubs never need this. If you're running a single team, or a single league that doesn't need to be split across separate teams under one banner, skip it — everything else in the app works without an organization at all.
There's no directory of organizations to browse or request to join — a real invite link is the only way in, by design. From the same Organization tab, tap "Show invite link" to reveal your organization's current link and copy it. "Regenerate" rotates it if a link got shared somewhere you didn't intend — the old one stops working immediately.
You can also freeze new members entirely with the "Accept new members via invite link" checkbox, without touching anyone already in the organization. Use "Edit about / fees" on the same tab to publish an intro and membership fee range for your members, and the Events section below it to advertise upcoming shoots, banquets, or fundraisers.
If you belong to more than one organization, a switcher appears in the session bar next to your name. Whichever one is active controls what team-scoped views (Team tab, Admin panel) show you — your own personal stats always combine every organization regardless of which is active.
From the Organization tab, you can create a brand-new team scoped to your organization, or request to join an existing one in it. Unlike a plain (org-less) team, a team created this way is tied to your organization from the start.
When someone in your organization requests to join one of its teams, it shows up as a pending request right on the same Organization tab — approve or deny it there. Your own requests to join a team in your organization are auto-approved, since you're already its admin.
You have the same scoped authority over every team in your organization that a League Admin has over teams in their league — rename, view stats, add a teamless member by email, log a round on their behalf, even for a team you're not personally on. This lives on the League tab's "My organization's teams" card, not the Organization tab — expand a team there for its full set of controls.
